PC problems.. Empty PC problems..

Post by Lubu20 Wed Jul 03, 2013 9:48 am

Ok so, this happened 1 month ago but, I get the blue screen every time I start my gaming PC even on safe mode. I can't do system restore because System Protection is not on (Really Windows 7..). I did a registry defrag on my PC since I used to do it on my laptop but I found out that the program I used to defrag only worked up to Vista, so that's the source of my blue screen problem. So My only option is to re-install Windows 7 which I am desperately trying to do.

I tried to USB boot it, but it doesn't show up. I bought 4.7 gigs Memorex DVD-R disks from staples 2 days ago and guess what? It won't burn the files onto my disks... I tried using Nero and Imgburn and nothing is working. So, wtf am I suppose to do? I really do not want to pay $100+ dollars for someone to re install my shit. Is there another brand of disks I can use to burn Windows 7 in it?

try booting with the disk or usb and do the repair, if it doesn't work from first time, let it restart like 3 times, 3rd time it will give another screen, then u can go to restorepoint

if that don't work then it's format c:/ and start over i guess

PC is an open platform that will never work properly unless you use a different system that windows, but then you're denying yourself off the apps you could run only with windows, which is about the only good reason why you should choose a PC over mac. Mac has superior OS, it's not an open platform - meaning there are set specs for every type of their computer, resulting in much better optimization and very few glitches related to the hardware and software interactions. In short PC is for geeks and people who don't really care, Mac is for people who like their computers working properly.

yeh, the OS might be more stable, but mac doesn't support a lot of games, and is terribly overpriced, that is reason enough for me lolz
